In short: Excellent for a PB
In full: Great organsiation and a fair amount of support on the course. Not the prettiest scenery but you can't have a flat PB course in Didcot with nice scenery. Nice touch to have a steam train chugging up and down at the finish! Having the prize giving while the fun run was finishing caused problems for those who needed to be in 2 places at the same time.

In full: Race Secretary here, thanks for all feedback. I am happy to see most of you would be back in future years. I appreciate that the course is not scenic, but trying to find a more scenic route in Didcot is fairly difficult unless we choose to start elsewhere! However, starting and finishing at the Leisure Centre is, for me, ideal as it means the parking and facilities are available to all. Someone mentioned tanoy announcments leading up to the start - these were done inside the leisure centre to ensure all runners were on the field in good time. With regards to medals not being great - it costs money to give out a momento to all entrants and this race is for Charity. We have looked into mugs and T-shirts in the past and it has always been too expensive. It is somethihng we aim to do in the future if we can get Sponsorship; however, that takes time to organise and we, the race organisers, work full time as well as organise this race!! At the end of the day, the race is for Charity and is meant to encourage local residents to participate as well as more serious club runners. And I hope we achieved this.

In short: Fab Little Race
In full: Well Done Didcot. It was my first time running in the event but I would recommend it. The medals were nice. Thanks to all the Marshalls and the spectators for the support on the way round the course.

In short: Great PB potential, if you can drag yourself out of bed that early!
In full: Not the most exciting course, but well organised and a great opportunity to get a PB.
A couple of minor things to improve: would be good to get the results out a bit sooner; the medal was also a little uninspiring - perhaps look at an alternative momento?

In short: Fast course with a small field
In full: The perfect event for grabbing a 5m PB. Very flat course. Organisation good, though could have done without the wait for water at the end (hint to the organisers!). No frills, but friendly. Will undoubtedly do this again, when hopefully I'll be in better shape to get my PB!
