In short: Pretty pretty but My! Those Hills!
In full: Glorious summer's evening at Killerton and a happy atmos all round, but when you're faced with hills that actually have STEPS cut into them because they're too steep to walk up....! See you next year!!

In short: Tough, but very enjoyable
In full: A well-organized race, trail clearly marked, plenty of water stations, and gorgeous scenery that I hardly dared look at as I was watching my footing!
A nice easy start, a really tough middle, then a fantastic downhill run to the finish line. Results were on the wall by the time I got there.
Very good indeed.

In short: Fab and friendly.
In full: Well organised, relaxed, friendly, family atmosphere - but who said undulating? Quite hilly/challenging (for the likes of me anyway) in parts, but with respite flats and a good couple of downhill runs. didn;t feel out of place as a 'casual' runner. Really enjoyable through lovely scenery. The smell from carpets of ramsons through the first woodland make you hungry though. Is it me or is it ironic that SWR(Road!)R organise some great off-road races? (see the Broadclyst Bimble in Jan.)

In short: great location and surprisingly cheeky
In full: Really enjoyable and I'll recommend it to others. I took along two friends, one is relatively inexperienced, and the other had their first race, and both thought it great-if challenging. It is hard work and not a PB event but very rewarding
