In short: Great race, great value, great cause to run for - shame it's not quite 10K

In short: Great run
In full: extreamly well organised, value for money and great atmosphere. I'm sure they could find that extra 0.2 km along the 22 odd mile wirral seafront to make it a genuine 10k. Not a gripe, just think it would be nice.

In short: Nice organization but is it really a 10k?
In full: Great, friendly organization but very disapointing to find out it was common knowledge amongst runners who had been here before that the race is short. I got 5.96 on my Garmin (I know, not infallible) so why not call it the Hoylake 6 miler?

In short: Credit due once again to the organisers
In full: Once again the organisers managed to stage a great race along the front at Moels. The view is beautiful whatever the weather, although the fine weather this morning gave it an extra sparkle. Lovely, friendly atmosphere. Long may this race continue.

In short: good route
In full: Disappointed it wasn't actually 10k, though apart from that, very well run and a bargin at £8

In short: PLEASANT
In full: Good little race this, nice and flat and with a limit of 600 plenty of room to get going. Organisation was very good, plenty of parking very close to start, toilets in the community centre and a changing area. Nice T Shirt which made this a very nicely priced £8 race.
The only criticism i have, which is quite important really, is that as others have said the race is short, measuring only 6.04 on my garmin, which means that your PB is not really a 10k PB. Perhaps the race should be more aptly named the Hoylake 6 ?

In short: FAST, FLAT, FRIENDLY
In full: Short on distance for a 10k hence very fast times! Good fast course, plenty of parking and good value.

In short: Friendly and achievable 10 k, ideal for beginners
In full: Nice run down the beach, the off road part was a bit lumpy and restricted a possible PB but overall very flat.

In short: Fun and friendly race for all abilities
In full: There was a fabulous atmosphere from both fellow runners and supporters. Windy day but the view made up for it. Well done to all the Run In England runners, for most of them it was their first 10k.
