In short: Great Race
In full: This is a very friendly event with a good route. The poor weather reduced the field which is a shame.

In short: Friendly with PB Potential
In full: 2nd time in for this one
if you are on form despite the undulations you could pb on this race - despite the undulating description 'you do see some hills' there are 2 x laps of stadium which does compensate.

Sadly for me I turned up 1 minute before start up but 'BIG THANK YOU' to all who managed to sort me out at the end... with the number etc + Marshall Billy.

Brilliant support by some of the Marshalls especially the lady marshall on the courner who quite frankly was superb....

In the rain and with some of the undulations this was quite tough but if I hadn't have had to go to the loo on route ... I would have pb'd. Yes I will be back next year .... errr and on time. Great Gem of a Race :-D

In short: a hidden little gem in Luton
In full: Great idea to start and finish in the stadium around the track. A few undulations that took us out and around the country park and around a bit around the streets of Luton, lapping part of the course again.

Even though I sprained my ankle 'these things happen' I know if I hadn't it would have been a pb race.

Very well organised, supervised baggage, ample parking and very efficient race enrollment meant it was a peice of cake, to get into.

I would highly recommend this race if you are thinking of entering last minute and want to do a 10K.

Despite the injury and diapointing finish from me - a great race day :)

In short: Well organised race with a nice finish around the running track. Friendly marshalls regularly spaced out keeping runners safe with traffic control when needed.
