In short: A really good race and I introduced new friends to join in.
In full: My family and I really enjoyed the race and the children are looking forward to running similar fun runs. The 10k was brilliant a very hot but a wonderful day enjoyed by all.

In short: HOT & HUMID, Nice race, well organised and for once at an event I didn't have to queue for the toilets! - marshalls cheer up!!
In full: This was a really nice race friendly people and a good mix of abilities. Watching the fun run finish before the 10k started inspired me a bit more and was actually nice to watch. I used this race as a warm up for the Dartford-Half so wasn't really looking for a PB, but think that it definitely has PB potential. Passing Cooling castle was a nice touch and is probably one of the better sites I have run past this year.

Great water stations and well needed too.

Nice finish on grass with some good spectators and the commentator tried to personalise your finish, again really nice touch.

Rubbish medal though, however if that means the charity gets more out of it then happy days, they only gather dust anyway.

Overall a great day out and I hope the CPC do well out of it. Will probably do again next year.

In short: I will definately run this again - as it does have the potential to be a PB beater. But this year it was really humid! Being in July though am assuming this may always be the case. At least it is not too hilly.
