In short: Nice atmosphere and achieved a PB!!!
In full: One of my favourite races, for personal reasons but this year was a PB which was very pleasing, long hill towards 7k is very challenging and with the damp conditions so was the final bit across the school field, but overall a good race and will be back next year. Only downer was I didnt get a chocolate bar and didn't see any !!

In short: Good PB potential nice course
In full: I enjoyed this race nice course with potential for PB although I didn't quote manage it. My main gripe was start seemed a bit poor. First time I have done this race so made my way out to the road and then all o a sudden everyone was in road and I realised I was right at the back took me a good 40 secs before I could actually run and ge t past people. Chip timing would have been ideal or just getting to the front which I will be dpi g next year :-). Apart from that it was a great race marshals good especially standing in rain cheering us on thanks :-)

In short: Enjoyable race
In full: I wasn't anticipating enjoying this race, judging from previous comments and Kent races are generally quite hilly! However I really enjoyed it, marshalls encouraging, it can't be much fun standing in the rain, I don't think the organisers anticipated so many people of the day but I love running in the rain and will definitely run again next year.

In short: A good PB run, but poor organisation
In full: Enjoyed the day and the organisation of the event itself was quite good, with good marshalling and a challenging road course.

However to be missed off both the provisional results on the day and the long-awaited final results just posted has left a sour taste for the £15 it cost me to enter!

In short: Very well organised !
In full: Very well organised race good start base, with plenty of parking etc. Bottles of water at the half way drink station were a bonus, it meant we could keep running with the bottles unlike with the cups you usually get with which it is impossible to run without soaking yourself. However we did miss the chochlate bar! Overall a nice friendly race !
