In short: A very pretty route without it being too challenging
In full: Just the right distance for a good work out. The marshals were very helpful and plenty of them. I am definitley going sign up for next year. The only grumble that I have is, can they also have an alternative drink for the non - drinkers. I don't drink, so I got nothing after the race.

In short: Fast, mostly flat course with great atmosphere
In full: This was the first time I have run this race and I was suitably impressed! The organisation was spot on, the marshalls excellent, a flat course with one not so nice uphill so good for pbs, and of course the welcome glass of cider at the finishing line! Lovely race with nice scenery and friendly organisation, I will look forward to doing this again next year. Thanks.

In short: An excellent introduction to 10k running.
In full: This was only my second 10k, as I usually prefer half marathons. I was again surprised by the extra pace of a 10k, but once I got used to it, it was an enjoyable run. The organization was first-rate and the local runners friendly. I certainly didn't miss the hyperactive local DJ you usually get shouting at you at a big city half marathon. This race was more restrained but without sacrificing the enthusiasm. I'd recommend it to anyone thinking of trying the shorter distance.

In short: .
In full: A good race run through quiet country roads, with nice views of the Severn at one pont. Good PB potential, was undulating for the whole course but somehow it seemed that there was more downhill than uphill! Rather windy. The start was rather further from the parking area than expected but luckily I arrived in plenty of time. And a nice glass of cider at the end is your reward for finishing!

In full: Fairly enjoyable run through some pleasant countryside and villages. Gently undulating course with some PB potential. Good mix of abilities and a friendly atmosphere. Liked the glass of cider at the end but could have done with a bigger glass! Excellent value at £6, not sure I would travel all the way from Swindon by myself to do this one again but in a group I definitely would.

In short: Good evening race
In full: First time at this race and enjoyed the village atmosphere and rural course.

Felt sorry for the young Kwik cricketers whose game was continually interrupted by us runners wandering over to the Race HQ. Sorry boys and girls! I guess this would not be a problem if the race was based at the normal sailing club venue, so thanks to cricket club for hosting us instead.
