In short: What a fantastic morning.
In full: It was absolutely freezing on the day but with good organisation and with the most fantastic marshalls who were really supportive and friendly. Undulating is such a loose term but nothing too daunting. It's already in the calendar for 2008. If I have one gripe it's being scared half to death by traffic pulling close to runners to avoid other cars though the marshalls excelled and kept us as safe as possible. Thanks NDRC for a great event.

In short: Great end to my running year
In full: Well done to all involved for organising a great end to my running year. I have no gripes whatsoever about this event no wonder it fills up quickly. Easy parking in the town, great free shuttle bus service to the start, nice scenic route, well marshalled route throughout, good traffic management at the junctions, decent course with real PB potential - I set mine here today -and a long sleeve t-shirt at the end. Tea and bacon sarnies at the end. No gripes from me at all even had real proper winter weather just as it should be, but with hat, gloves and my trusted helly the weather wasn't a issue once we got going. Great stuff throughly recommend it will be back next year to try and lower my PB. Congratulations and many thanks to all at NDRC.

In short: Slightly chaotic start, but otherwise a very well organised race. Thanks NDRC!
In full: I know it is difficult to layout the course much differently than it is today, but the pre-start is hideous with all of the late-comers trying to get through to the back, but getting stuck near the front because of the crush of people. There must be something you can do about this NDRC.

Other than than minor gripe though, the race was very well organised and well marshalled.

Even after 4 years of running this event, that last 500m still doesn't get any easier! But it would not be as fun without it :)

I'll be back!

In short: Good organisation, friendly marshalls. Freezing!
In full: Thoroughly enjoyed this one, got a PB! Friendly, encouraging marhsalls all the way round and nice scenery. Don't think I got warm for the rest of the day!

Could have been a bit clearer at the start as I accidentally started near the front when I should have been further back to be out of the way of faster runners.

Hills not too bad, though I found the one at 7k a bit hard and struggled for a while after it. Big relief at 9k when we turned left instead of heading straight up the massive hill in front of us!

My mate's first 10k - both of us will be back next year! Thanks NDRC - the t-shirt was great as well.
