In short: Scenic and well organised.
In full: Two Mayonaisse sachets and Knorr Soup T Shirt in the goody bag. Now that's what I call original! The race was well organised and the brass band was a nice touch.

In short: Lovely day with lots of friendly spectators to cheer you on!
In full: A nice flat race along the river. The marshalls were great and very encouraging to all runners. Agree with the confusion with the sachet of mayo in the goody bag. Can anyone from Bedford AC enlighten us??

In short: A corker!
In full: Two scenic laps by the river, a brass band send-off, efficient and friendly marshals, excellent goodie bag... what more could you ask for (apart from turning the sun down a few degrees)? Highly recommended.
