In short: Well organised, friendly, great job by the marshalls, no problems with traffic. Fast and flat so really good chance for a PB. I was recommended it and drove up from Cardiff on the day and got a PB. Thanks all..

In short: Really well organised, lovely run along the seafront and the mince pie tasted fantastic!
In full: Well done to the organisers - the race ran like clockwork and was very well marshalled. The route was great as it really tried to take it as much as the sea front as possible. The marshalls did an excellent job of holding back the traffic so there were no moments where the traffic meant the runners were held up at all. The only comment is that I couldn't see the finish until the very end which meant that any attempt at a quicker finish wasn't possible (if my legs had been capable of a quick finish that is!). And definite PB potential.

In short: Brilliant race, new PB would definately do this race again
In full: Despite the horrendous weather forecast a good crowd turned up and the weather actually wasn't too bad. Friendly support from brave viewers. Despite not being traffic free felt as if it was, traffic was stopped in various places for runners. Plenty of marshalls and a delicious mince pie at the finish!
