In short: Scenery helped me along first 10 miles, last three back into town seemed to drag but overall I really enjoyed it and found it rewarding!

In short: Fantastic! Nowhere near as bad as I was expecting! Just 1 very long hideous hill at mile 6.5.
In full: A lovely start - it felt like 6 miles of downhill! The hill at about half way point is really, really horrible! Not steep enough to walk but is approximately a mile long and really drains your legs. The rest is flatish and a real pleasure to run. Great support all the way round and superb marshalling.

In short: good scenery, challenging but fair course, very good marshalling. No showers!
In full: Please can we have showers next year. It's the only wash I get each week!!

In short: A scenic route, well organised with friendly marshals & police.
In full: It was only my second official half M but very enjoyable. The first mile was a bit cramped being in one road lane with but then became easier to pass people. Then a very scenic route with a long tough up hill at about 6.5 miles. The last few miles were on reasonably level road enabling my speed to pick up. I recommend this half M.

In short: Nice to start, boring to finish
In full: The first 9 miles or so were quite nice and sienic. The last 4 miles or so when you are feeling at you worst are through streets and a bit boring.
Also the lack of showers was a bit disapointing
