In short: Found it a fustrating race, though id achieved a PB, only to realise the course was short. Surely in this day its not difficult to make it 5KM.

In short: Junior 2.5K race - the finish let the whole event down
In full: Great potential, facilities excellent (ytou should publicise the cafe).

Race was let down by lack of timing/marshalling at the finish and tehn having to ask the children who finished in what position.. needless to say pushy parents then got involved etc etc

I'm sure the mistake was a one off and we will see a growth in number of competitors next time this is held.

In short: A few improvements suggested...
In full: Make the distance the full 5K, you could add a bit by the Gas Tower. Still a potential PB course. Km markers would help.

In short: How times around the car park ?
In full: Considering the alternative races around Manchester this races was pretty disapointing I expected a lot more from the venue of the Commonwealth Games. The race would have been better if it had clear distance markers and a water station as already noted by the other guys. Come on Ken this race has great potential a bit nore imagination next year please !
