In short: Second time for me and definitely not the last
In full: I live in France and came across the race almost by accident last year. This year I made the trip specially for the race and brought two other runners with me. Next year I hope to bring more.
This is a fast circuit despite a few ups and downs in the second half and even if I didn't quite beat my PB, (I was only 7 seconds away from it) the sensations were good.
The rain was just right during the race, - no overheating or dehydration problems! The deluge which came afterwards was a pity for the organizers as nobody hung around for long.

In short: My first 10k, thoroughly enjoyed it.
In full: My first ever 10k and really enjoyed running in the RAIN! Pleased to get under an hour. Thanks and congrats to all the organisers and the marshalls who did a great job in testing conditions. See you next year!

In short: Fast course with good PB potential
In full: I was pleased to finish 1st lady here in a new PB of 37:57. Despite the foul weather (heavy rain) and mild undulations, this is a very fast course and GREAT PB potential. Organisation was brilliant and loads of water stations for those who needed them. I could have done with a few more marshalls as I nearly went wrong a couple of times (including stopping before the finish line as I thought it finished exactly where we started - cue a 30 metre sprint to get that sub-38!). I also got the 8th km as as slightly long, and would like to know where this was made up in the rest of the course.

BUT an excellent race, friendly people and free tea and coffee for runners was a nice touch.

In short: Mildly undulating, PB potential
In full: Finding venue proved difficult from M4 due to roadworks. Shame about rain for spectators but good conditions for running, it undulates mildly (no real hills) so good for fast times. Running in road was not traffic free so little hairy & most hopped onto pavement which is not always best to 'race' on.

In short: A really well organised race - great for beginners & PBs!
In full: Can't really say much more than everyone else has said. A great race, well organised with friendly marshalls especially since it was tipping it down!
I'm originally from Woodley and was very proud that they can organise such a great event!
