In short: Well organised, lots of marshals, otherwise pretty basic.
In full: Pro's: generally well organised, lots of supportive marshals.
Con's: uninspiring course, all on pavements and cycle paths, the surface was pretty dodgy/dangerous in places, running along a residential street in front of driveways is going to lead to an accident one day (car reversing out and not seeing racing runners), not enough toilets/loo roll at start, water in cups during the race, lots of sharp turns and ups/downs going through the subways.

In short: Many thanks to Marshals and helpers
In full: Yes not an inspiring route (though I quite liked the twists and turns) but a feel good and friendly local event so don't knock it. Great encouraging volunteers all the way and many thanks to them all.

In short: Rubbish course, but fairly well organised low key event
In full: I don't mind running around industrial estates, but the endless underpasses and the uneven paths and cycles tracks were just tedious.

I found a secret toilet in the school that had running water, soap and toilet roll. Sometimes you've just got to search for these things!

In short: A good race, well organised and marshalled
In full: Second time here. Well organised and marshalled, great traffic free route, enough twists and turns and climbs to make you work for a result. Narrow gate near start the only whinge. Otherwise well done WGC Runners for a sound event.

In short: Hot and windy
In full: Despite the unusually high temperature this morning the race went well, water was prevalent and the marshals/support were genuinely uplifting. Slight issue with lack of toilets and water in the college but that could have been an unexpected problem. Easy for supporters to see contender at numerous points as you loop back and forth. Great cake as well.

In short: Twisty route through a lot of underpasses - despite this still felt quick, new PB.
