In short: Excellent- challenging and enjoyable race
In full: Clear distance marking, interesting course with a few hills, no traffic (closed the roads excellent), very enjoyable race shame that the microphone did not work and no momento. Plenty of fruit and water at finish.

In short: Amazing atmosphere and rewarding to runners who include hills in their training
In full: thoroughly enjoyable yet tough in places. Definately not for simply trying to get a PB although a good time is still possible if you have energy left to make use of the downhills. Scenery is beautiful and local crowd support to spur you on.

In short: Lovely rural traffic free lane course
In full: Great to have so many road closed to traffic . Someone must have worked hard on the paperwork! Nice rolling rural lane course with a few hills ; all the more interesting . Great support from the locals.

In short: A Challenging beautiful course
In full: A Challenging beautiful course

A great day with good support from the marshals and locals
The 2 water stops for a 10K may seem excessive but I needed them in the heat!
Hillier courses than I usually enter but the event booklet that arrived with the race number did not keep the hills a secret with both a map and gradient profile of the course within the notes.
The downhill was great when it arrived!

In short: Friendliest race in Hampshire
In full: Third time at this race and even though it was my slowest (must have been the heat) I really enjoyed the day. Many thanks to the organisers and your army of helpers who make this a must do race. Also thanks to the ladies doing the post race massages, you done a great job hope you made lots of money for a worthy cause.

In short: Excellent and well organised race; results though were a bit of a shambles
In full: A super course with challenging undulations capped off with glorious weather. Organisation and marshalling was tip top, but initial promulgation of results was very poor with incorrect runners and teams being awarded prizes.
