In short: Very well organised 5K
In full: 5K is my least favourite distance and in fact this is the only 5K that I run (3rd time now). The organisation of the race was excellent, no problems parking, very good marshalling, the race was not overcrowded, the finish funnel was efficient and leaving the car park at the end was easy. Finally the results were up on the race website sooner than most events.

In short: Good course, well marshalled.
In full: I enjoyed it, but didn't hear the start gun, and the finish (handing out medals, mars bars and drinks) was a bit chaotic - people were getting missed out. I paid £9.50 to enter online 6 weeks before the race, whcih felt a bit pricey, but I'd do it again.

In short: fantastic race suberb organisation, friendly & encouraging marshalls
In full: well done Ampthill & Flitwick Flyers. A fantastic race, always run better in the evening. Addition of bar-b-q made it into a special social occassion.
Looking forward to next year.
