In short: Survive the first 500 meters and you will be fine
In full: Great race with a tough start but then it is mostly down hill apart from a short climb to the finish. Great views and good underfoot.

In short: Tough
In full: Watch the first and second miles, they could waste you. Uphill all the way on those. The downhills dont compensate enough. Take off road shoes on this one. No medal or momento though. Be a n nice touch for the future.

In short: Good trail race
In full: The race changed from 4.5 to 5 miles due to some course concerns but still a very enjoyable challenging course around Barbury Castle. Nice race HQ at the shooting school. Lots of hills but nothing too steep.

In short: Hilly is an understatement, one of the hardest races i have raced!
In full: it's definatly one to test your stamina and overall fitness, everyone i know when running this course did their time 5 minutes plus to their average time. Very good recommend it if you are up for a challenge.

In short: Hills, hills and more hills.
In full: Towards the start of the race there was a sign saying mud, sweat and hills, the mud wasn't too bad, plenty of sweat and hills though.
As usual great atmosphere and organisation, highly recommended.

In short: Hilly terrain which is challenging but good. Would defo reccommend.
In full: This was my first non-Race for life event and although i was nervous about it being too clubby it was fine as beginner seemed friendly and people were encouraging, it was well organised even though it ended up being a 5 miler instead!! Lots of treats and jelly babies at the end and mid-way round.

In short: An absolue killer
In full: Fantastic course, killer hill to start and one to finish, and these are not hills to be taken lightly, even the most capable runners could manage a mild trot up the hill!
