In short: First ever 10k. Fantastic
In full: This was my first 10k and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Reasonably large event, which meant that I could easily hide in the crowd. I aimed to be inside the hour and was very pleased to complete in 53 mins. The effect of other runners really does pull you on. Great atmosphere and the weather was good

In short: Ups and Downs!
In full: This was my second 10km race having just ran the MK 10km in 44.16 in March. Amazingly I got exactly the same time 44.16. I was happy with this as this was a lot tougher run than the MK one - lots of hills and quite a warm day. I think I did a PB but with no starting chips it was difficult to measure accurately. I will go all guns blazing at Silverstone in May to get a PB!

In short: Once again a very enjoyable event!
In full: Second time for me and enjoyed it as much this year as the first time around. Wonderful atomosphere, great course, and very good organisation. I've done a few other 10k runs since last year's and did sub 50min each time - so for me the PB potential on this one isn't great due to the ascents, but every course is different and it's good to be challenged. Would concur with what others have said about the lack of safety pins. I had to borrow two from a couple of runners who had four.

In short: undulating indeed
In full: This is quite a tough 10k course as although there are no really steep parts it never allows you to settle into a rhythm and you seem to be continuously climbing or descending.
Overall a well organised race from AFF; good atmosphere at the start and finish and cameraderie on the road. Well worth the effort...

In short: Good Race
In full: Was as good as the previous years. Running out of safety pins was unwelcome, but just mean't I had to spend ten times as long looking for my pictures because my number fell off.
Think in previous years there was sponges or more water stations. 10k's are intense, so I think 2 or 3 water stations would be good to cool you down / make sure your hydrated.

In short: Well organised as usual
In full: The 6th time I have run this race and it continues to be well organised.
Although the course is definitely undulating, there is the potential for a fast time.
