In short: Good support and excellent marshalls/organisation
In full: This was the first time for me but not the last. It was my final event for 09 (Berlin half next year) as I am working abroad, hence late post, and I wasn't expecting much from myself tbh but managed to PB -1:54:59 despite only training on the flat roads in Amsterdam!! Excellent top in the goody bag as well. Well done to all.
