In short: Good fast course and well organised
In full: Agree with morst other comments. One oddity was the drinks station giving out bottles of water - as well as being a slight faff to open, surely the vast majority were just thrown away with just a fews ips taken out? Bit of a waste really.

In short: Well marshalled, flat and fast, but not very exciting.
In full: This is very much a race for club runners looking for fast times. The course, which starts and stops on top of a disused airfield, is somewhat bleak, but there's no denying the opportunity for a PB and the plentiful marshalls were on the ball and very encouraging. Worth doing if you live reasonably close, but probably not worth travelling to.

In short: Fast and flat
In full: Very enjoyable race in almost perfect conditions, although it does get a little windy on the exposed airfield. A great run for a PB (improved mine by 2 minutes), good to have a recovery drink and not just water at the end and a nice medal to add to my small but perfectly formed collection.

In short: No frills, well organised, fast and flat
In full: You don't run round an airfield for scenery but the fast and flat course lived up to expectations. The race was well organised and well marshalled. Not somewhere to come for big crowds and fine scenery, but an excellent PB course.

In short: It's true what they say about the pb potential
In full: Very well organised race loads of friendly marshalls. Ideal race for a pb, beat mine by over 2 minutes, even with the famous wind it's flat and fast

In short: Excellent marshalling, fast quiet course!
In full: Ran this two years ago and was annoyed not to have been able to run last year. Marshall were as excellent (if not better) than I remembered. Good course, not too pretty but not too bad. If I were better prepared a definite PB course! Well done to the organisers.

In short: Great race. Well-organised, friendly and fast (PB for me). Results up in a flash despite no chip timing.

In short: Flat course - fantastic PB potential (as long as the wind doesn't blow)
In full: A rather desolate disused airfield that might be used for an edgy rock video is the setting for this well organized race. Mostly club runners looking for a fast time, not surprising as the course is almost completely flat. I took 90 seconds off my own PB.

In short: Great race. Windy as always on the airfield.
In full: Start out and back on the airfield which is always a bit testing with the u-turn coming back into the headwind. Not too strong a wind this year, but it will always be breezy as it's so exposed. Lovely jaunt around the country lanes. Back onto the airfield for another battle with the wind! Nice memento. Great cakes on sale. Loved the marshalls directing on the way in with the enormous pointy hands. Easy hard-surface parking.
