In short: A nice race although the roads aren't closed so spectators are only at the start/finish.

In short: Good for a first time 5 miler. Not once was I made to feel bad or hurried as I still have to walk a fair amount.
In full: Having been in a riding accident in 2008 and wanting to try something longer than the 5k's I've done before, I thought I'd be brave and give the extra 2 miles a go. The sweeper at the back stayed with me all the way encouraching when I could run, encouraghing when I had to walk and making a painful run into a nice experience. The St Johns guy on hand at the finish was great too as I crossed the line overwhelmed by emotion and broke down in tears making sure I was OK and the whole morning was worth the pain and tears

In short: A very good local event over a certified 5-mile course.
In full: OK so I am more than a little biased, but well done to all of those who accomplished PB's over this course and stayed on at the Fox for the BBQ & band. I am glad that you liked the race memento of a commemorative coffee coaster. See you next year.
