In short: Average all the way!
In full: It's an ok race, the route isn't wonderful and it is a shame because there is the opportunity to add some greenery to the route. It's not a tough route but the hot weather hurt this time round. Friendly race, well organized.

In short: Okay race, but the route could have been more interesting . Yes there did seem to be a disparity between the numbers that took part 168 and the race numbers mine was 344!
In full: The 1 & 2K races for the kids were a bit choatic, but fun as far as my two were concerned.
The Adult run was mostly on the pavements with the attendant hazzards eg the section in West Ealing by the Bus stop which of course coincides with a narrrowing of the pavement. If I had been running well, I would have frustrated trying to dodge the pedestrians / passengers getting off the bus!! However the race is to raise money for the swimming club, and the results were efficently processed. So on balance 6/10.
