In short: Not well organised or marshalled ... great finish though.
In full: Overall very badly organised -
- Car park .. not a good place to warm up
- Start undefined, slow ,confusing & dangerous mix of cars and runners
- Marshals... must have been innocent members of the public with yellow tops ... no interaction with runners or instruction to keep to the left.
- Finish very good and clearly defined.

In short: Terrible organisation at the Start Line
In full: No idea who thought up that start, started at the back of the Elite start as was hoping for a 32.30 time and told I should go there by organisers. Then after 20 meters was behind hundreds of fun runners and 35+ min people who had done nothing wrong and started in the correct slot for them. Traffic everywhere both runners and cars - very dangerous, everyone cutting corners and too tight for the amount of people. I hope the AAA see sence and move this race to a better suited venue next year. Route is good and it would be a great low key event.

In short: Appalling start and traffic clogged route would put me off doing this again.
In full: As I stood waiting at the (slow) start line I was trying to work out how the two groups of runners would merge. Surely they wouldn't come together after just 15 metres where all those barriers were in the road ? wouldn't that be downright dangerous ? How on earth did any of the organisers think that this could be a safe way to start the race ? I had to jump out of the way of a barrier that was, unsurprisingly, knocked over in front if me, and then also jump over the poor runner who came with it. To follow the first 2km of the race were through a twisty residential estate with parked cars, grass verges and numerous corners to negotiate - then when we finally get out on the open road it's to an accompaniment of a steady stream of traffic on both sides of the road. I certainly won't bother again - arae champs or not.

In short: Just don't bother unless it's radically changed
In full: I learnt this from this race - never be lured into doing a race just on the grounds of flat and fast. Ok it was flat. Ok it was fastish - the terrible, dangerous start from a busy carpark was slow, mind you.(People were warming up around the busy carpark as well, whilst others were arriving). One poor person was battered into a great big sign and probably couldn't get up for at least 10 minutes - a very big race channeled down a small road!It was heavily polluted all the way. (I run for the good of my health).I thought Chichester was a pretty place - there was nothing pretty to look at ... just A roads and tailbacks.

In short: Bad start, nice race, why chip though?!
In full: Enjoyed the race except for (1) the start - was a bit silly and wouldn't have been so bothered except the placings seem to be based on 'actual' times and not the chip time....not sure why this is?! (2) Traffic- posed a serious hazard on a number of occasions.

Quick course though...
