In short: Great local race
In full: A great local race, with a good atmosphere and nice marshals, around the Hainault forest. Not the flattest route, but not as hilly as the name suggest.

In short: Great 5 mile race in a great surroundings - very well organised
In full: Race is the first of 4 ELVIS runs ... Next year let's include 'East London Runners' and make it 5 runs !!

In short: Hot and Hilly
In full: Two laps within a local Country Park. A hot evening. Lovely scenery. Friendly and encouraging marshalls. A few challenging hills but a lovely long downhill too!
Will definitely be back.

In full: Good solid 2 laps along trails through dense woodland, around a small lake, three hills each lap butt all straight together and not too challenging
