In short: Well organised, chip timed 10k in a nice park!
In full: It really is exactly what is claims to be, a well planned 10k race through Regents Park. The route was quite scenic, race marshalls were helpful and km markers were easy to see. The course is relatively flat, the only negative (which is unavoidable) is that the narrow sections of the course are not ideal if you're chasing a PB as you can't get past the slower runners easily.

In short: A good easy, no thrills race.
In full: Nice organisation, pleasant route, hot showers afterwards. Great race. The staff at the Hub dealt with some rather rude female runners rather well who insisted on using the gents toilets, despite being asked not too. (I hate trying to use urinals with females cracking jokes about shy men)....

In short: Flat and fast course - excellent PB potential
In full: I liked the fact that the course was flat and fast. I managed to get a PB - woo hoo. It is good that the run was chip-timed although the chip time and my garmin do differ by 12 seconds - not sure how. Seemed well organised if you ignore the usual pre-race queue for the toilets. Lots of support at the start / finish line. Negatives would be: not much support out on the course, and a bit of crowding at the beginning of the first lap with some runners not respecting others and pushing through non-existant gaps. The other thing that I was less keen on - the course is three laps. I do find that a bit boring, and prefer races that are only one lap / course. That said, I would do it again. The positives outweigh the negatives.

In short: Well organised race with good atmosphere and nice route through lovely Regents Park
In full: I've been chasing a 10k PB since January and this was definitely the course for it - it's not 100% flat and it does weave about a bit, but on the whole I reckon it's good for some fast times. One I'll do again, probably in another 6 months time! (albeit the Winter Series by then)

In short: Great race -well organised
In full: Good race, flat course and easy. I have done a couple and it can get a bit crowded at the start but soon thins out. If you are aiming for a on you'll need to be prepared to zip past people on the grass ad the paths are narrow but as it's a flat course this isn't too hard to do. Great race and well organised.
