In short: Great first time run, at 54 a bit of a daft time to take up running but this has made me want to do it again very soon.

In short: Well organised surreal experience
In full: Good natured gathering of circa 1,000 Santa Clauses. Nice touch in having Sir Steve Redgrave as guest of honour.

In short: What fun - it has really started the Christmas spirit for me
In full: Great fun. The setting by the river looked beautiful with the frost glistening in the sunlight. The organisation was absolutely superb, and there were loads of very friendly marshalls. Sometimes with charity races the organisation leaves a lot to be desired, and people say 'Well, it is for a good cause'. The organisers of such races should take a tip from this one, it was for an excellent cause and the organisation was brilliant. It was especially nice to see the Air Ambulance flying over.
I'll be back next year, I haven't had so much fun in ages.

In short: Surreal and good natured event
In full: The sight of circa 700 Father Christmas's covering the full spectrum from first timers through to elite athletes warming up prior to the race was something to behold.
Felt course was PB friendly. Would have been nice to have incorporated the Thames in some capcity.
Great atmosphere and a worthy cause.
All in all a great experience.

In short: Great fun from start to finish!
In full: Thanks very much to Marlow Round Table for organising this, it all went very smoothly, the marshals were great, so was the support from the crowds all the way around; I found it rather surreal, being one of 700+ Santas running through the streets of Marlow! Has realy kickstarted my Christmas spirit this year, will be back next year.
