In short: Watersplash Finale
In full: If there is a competition for the muddiest race in the Surrey Hills for 2013 then RTL have certainly put a strong bid in early in the year. Crikey that was a toughie and a PW to boot! Talking of boots did like the finale of a boot wash, shame I could not feel my feet afterwards - boy was that water cold. Thanks for a splendid morning's romp. Well done to Alan, Nicky and wonderfully cheery marshalls, greatly appreciate all the hard work - you are a great team and I will look forward to future ETL events

In short: Super friendly, fun, hilly, muddy cross country 10K race!
In full: A really lovely, well organised event, with a super positive vibe, that I'm sure experienced runners & beginners alike will enjoy.

Yes it was pretty hilly in places, but it gives you something to attack, and what goes up must come down. The mud and few puddles added to the interesting course.

There was a long section of uphill in the 2nd quarter of the race, but the flipside was one of the longest continuous downhill sections I've raced in ages. It felt like I was flying!

My only small request, is that the hold the race on a Saturday not a Sunday (like many other off road races).
