In full: If your club does not enter this race - join another club! This is THE running experience. Absolutely fantastic.

In short: this was my first race and I was terrified!! I took an easy leg - level 4 on the first day - and managed not to finish last. The race was made by the fantastic feeling of teamwork and the support of everyone involved AND the fabulous Welsh scenery.

In short: An exceptional race run over two daysfrom Caenarfon in the north of wales, to Cardiff in the south. A 20 stage relay which is just a friendly running experience. I rate this one of the best races in the running calender
