In short: Great Beer!
In full: Lovely local race, well organised and very friendly. Enjoyed the bottle of Adnams beer from the goody bag and got probably the best race photo I have ever had. It was very windy, especially going up the hills but I still managed a new PB so the course can't be too hard.

In short: A great race organised superbly by the GYRR. Nice scenic route (I'm slow; I notice the details!) I even enjoyed the cold showers at the end!

In short: Well organised, small event through attractive countryside.
In full: As a first half-marathon race, this was a good one to start with; friendly, well organised (both pre-race and during) and "enjoyable".
The only downside was the absence of a medal as proof of having achieved my first 13.1mile race.
Nevertheless, highly recommended and only slightly undulating, so no excuses for not achieving a good personal time.

In short: Excellent race, well organised and I enjoyed the stadium finish.
In full: I really enjoy this course,as it weaves its way through Norfolks country lanes its not as flat as you'd expect but very scenic. The wind blew quite hard in our faces for the last 3 miles home which made the finish tough. For completing a half marathon I think a medal is more appropriate than a t-shirt but I do think GYRR organised everything very well!!
