In short: Great race, with good organisation and a course that is suitable for all
In full: This was my first race so I wasn't sure what to expect, however I needn't have been worried. It was well run, with a course that is not too challenging. There are a few hills but it is more undulating than hilly. Really enjoyed it. Only complaints is that official results (with times) are still not on the website. Also the wooden medal felt cheap considering the price paid. Will still do it again next year.

In short: Nice route, well marshalled and very friendly. My first road 10K so a little strange not to come back covered in mud, but enjoyable nonetheless!

In short: Fantastic run through the south of St Albans. Will definitely run it again. Hilly - but fun! Great crowd support

In short: First time here; highly recommended
In full: This was my first attempt at this particular event I'm already looking forward to returning next year. The event was well-organised and all the marshalls were encouraging. The start is a little crowded as others have mentioned but the field soon opens out. The course is undulating but not too demanding, and I was delighted with my own finishing time. Thanks to everyone for a well-run event.

In short: Great Race. Picturesque setting.
In full: Well organised race, with nice atmosphere and some of the most enthusiastic marshals I've ever come across. It is a minor quibble but if you could just fix that narrow start....

In short: Well marshalled and very enjoyable race
In full: As has already been said start is a problem with the narrow path and slight uphill. Also affected any overtaking towards the finish line. Thought this would be more of a problem affecting my overall time but was over 3 mins faster than Watford 10k the week before. Extremely well marshalled, clearly a race run by runners for runners. Well done and thank you. See you next year.

In short: Great atmposphere! The best refreshments I have ever seen for post race!
In full: Perfect numbers to create an atmposhere without being too packed. I had a problem with my race pack arriving (my own fault) and the race director was promt and re assuring in replacing it. PB for me, so very happy.
