In short: Hard, beautiful, but I'm not that slow!
In full: This was a brilliant day out and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. As leg 4, I had the delight of finishing over the line, and a largely down-hill final mile and a half.

Teams really need to organise themselves to be at the handover in plenty of time - several people had been left stranded by "friends" being late, or even in the wrong place!

The chip timing was shocking though. The handover was at the same place as the timing mat and, if you waited any where near the mat, your chip was activated... Perhaps the handover marshalls could have been better briefed about this?

All-in-all a great day out and top, top fun.

In short: Great course and organisation. Our first year, but not the last !
In full: Marshals did a great job at the change-over points trying to let cars in and out from road, but felt sorry for marshal at first one (nr Duncton), where a bottle-neck occurred due to runners using same entrance. Maybe find a seperate exit for cars ? Overall though, it was a brilliant piece of organisation on a lovely course with a fun and friendly atmosphere.

In full: This was great fun last year but hats off to the organisers who made afew improvements - it was even better this year. Great opportunity to get your running buddies together and take part in a fabulous relay. Lovely challenging route but well worth the effort on all those hills!
