In short: I gave it another try, I shouldn't have bothered...
In full: Two years ago I decided not to run this race again after they ran out of water at the first water stop and the measured 10 miles race turned out to be closer to 11, etc... But years went by and I was there again yesterday. Not a sign in sight at the venue, race numbers were 'home made' and fell apart during the hot race, etc... To finish on a positive note the course was suitably signed with some friendly marshals.
