In short: great day
In full: I expected the friendly people and the glorious scenery, but getting a PB made it even more worth while. All in all, well worth the 700 mile round trip!!

In short: Great race, from my own home island, and I managed to get a pb!
In full: Since I live on the island that the race takes part on, I know the route very well. Still great to race it when a large crowd turns out to compete. Great weather, a slight nice breeze, and great organisation along the route. Managed to run a new pb, 18 minutes quicker than last year, and come 3rd. Will obviously be back years to come, as it's my place!

In short: Great run, beautiful scenery - highly recommended
In full: Excellent race, fantastic scenery, very friendly. No need to worry about being slow as everyone remains at the end to cheer you home. Good personal best course. All in all, a good weekend adventure.

In short: The whole experience of doing this race is fun, fun, fun, from going over on the ferry to the beer afterwards. A really scenic route, friendly organisers, big local turnout and top PB potential (including one for me!).
