In short: Well organised, flat, fast 10km
In full: Well organised local road race. Flat and fast.
Well done to the organisers on re-arranging the start/finish given the wet weather.
Phoenix trail makes for a nice traffic free 2nd half of the race.
Decent goody bag with a proper chocolate bar! T-shirt and medal. Medal with the name of race / date on them would be a plus.
Overall a good, flat well organised race.

In short: Good test of pace for all runners
In full: Really like this one - 4th time for me. The difficult conditions on the school field didn't seem to faze the organisers even if it meant that the course ran a little short. The Phoenix Trail makes for a decent, flat second half and gives a chance to all runners to push on. My only quibbles are that: (1) if you are going to award medals, these should have the event details on, at the very least on the ribbon, and (2) why did the distinctive T-shirt feature London landmarks this year? Was this a reference to the Olympics?

In short: Great Race one of the best in the South
In full: I love this race. It is vey well organised and friendly. The second half of the course along the old trail is fantastic.
I hope the organisers are very happy with the result of the race after having to make the last minute changes. Looking forward to next year:)

In short: Well organised and friendly. Good t-shirt and medal!
In full: This is the first time I've done this race and it won't be the last. The route was lovely, organisation top notch and, for a smaller race, great "stuff" afterwards!
The bad weather meant the route was slightly shorter but that really didn't matter. Many thanks to the organisers & marshalls for a great day!

In short: Well-organised, nearly flat. Great for all abilities.
In full: I've done this race four times now, I really like the flattish, pretty course and the size of the field (big enough to have a proper 'event' atmosphere, not so big it's too crowded). Lots of locals cheering, perfect for the serious and not-so-serious runner.

In short: very well organized and well supported race
In full: This is one of my favourite races, the locals always turn out and make everyone feel special all the way round, you get a proper goody bag with chocolate not an energy gel (how many of those have I got stuffed in drawer?!) and a nice, although not technical, t-shirt. There are plenty of loos and changing facilities and even without the usual parking on the field there was ample space in nearby streets. I understand the waterlogging meant the race was a tiny bit short, but can we keep quiet about that as I knocked about 3 minutes off my PB.
