In short: Absolutley fantastic event
In full: Tough in parts but brilliant. Great atmosphere, amazing scenery throughout. The kind of race that has you smiling all week. Fortunately the weather has been good over the last couple weeks otherwise the course could have been even tougher!!!Met some fantastiscally friendly runners. Cant fault this race at all, cant wait for next year. Thanks KCAC

In short: Loved it, Loved it, Loved it
In full: This was the first time i'd done this race and i loved every minute of it. Those cobbles at the end were brutal but the cake and stew soon made me forget about it.

In short: Great Spoilt at the end
In full: My first off-road race and I really enjoy it. Tough but was expecting that. The big disappointment was the lack of XL t-shirts at the end (medium only available). So I feel that it is poor value for money because I have no memento. I have e-mail the organiser so hopefully they will sort this major issue out please!!

In short: Tallawah = Jamaica patwa for Tough
In full: This was a Tallawah!!! My body when through all kinds of emotion and at one stage I even thought I had a heart attack .Back to race there was some beautiful scenery on the moor which every now then woke my inner soul and reminded why like running in the fell. This being my first type of fell race as giving motivation do more and one day do the big three peak challenge. Still high on the endorphin it time to shut up . See next year. Also have more X.L T-shirt please .That was my only complaint. Some runners are 3 litre engine not 1.1 litre.

In short: What a brilliant event!
In full: My third time in a row, and one of the highlights in my diary. Forget PBs, this is a Yorkshire Half; 15 miles [value for money!]
It's tough - uphill start, uphill finish, and lots of hills in the middle!
Superb scenery, lovely atmosphere, and a feast at the finish.

Possibly the friendliest race going!
