In short: Excellent course, will definately do it again.
In full: The race was well organised from start to finish, i did not have to wait for water. As the large majority of people are local you could possibly pull the start time forward to 10am to avoid the warmer part of the day, just a thought.

In short: My first 10k - Hot and completely knackered at the end, but just happy not to have had to walk
In full: Good organisation, though I would echo the comment about water at the finish and the finish area was very crowded. Local for me, so used to the countryside, but a good race. Bit quicker than I expected and with the heat, made it feel pretty tough. Thanks to the lady who spared me some water at 8Km. Guess I'm going to have to up my training from jogging to real running now!

In short: Everything a local 10k should be!
In full: This race has everything that will keep people coming back year after year. The scenery is very pleasant if you afford yourself any time to look anywhere but straight ahead or at your watch, the course has undulations but nothing that would prohibit a PB if you're on form, the organisation was exceptional - the results for the race were emailed to me within hours of the race finishing! The t-shirts were good quality again. When can I enter next years race???

In short: A very well organised and friendly race
In full: Even though it takes me at least 45 minutes on mainly motorways, this is becoming a must-do race. It's very well organised and has a great atmosphere. Whilst there are a couple of hills [nothing too difficult], it definitely offers the chance to improve on previous times; I'm proof of that. I did the Tilty Hilly 5, now I've done this one, I just hope that the Stebbing race doesn't clash with something nearer to home...or one of my 'regulars'. Well done, Grange Farm and Dunmow Runners!

In short: Great course, on the whole well organised but let down as I had to wait for water at finish.

In short: Nice race in rural Essex
In full: Excellent route round nice country roads on a reasonably flat course. Very well organised & nice T-shirt. It was a bit warm (tho not complaining!) and I set off too fast and faded a bit later on. Still, will definitely be back next year.

In short: A relatively flat race on rural roads with PB potential. Well organised, good value, and very enjoyable even in the heat.
In full: A very enjoyable race with quiet rural roads and some nice scenery. Well organised and certainly good value for money I would certainly recommend the race to all levels of runner. The lack of any "big" hills is a plus if you are chasing a PB although the course does undulate throughout.

I will certainly be back next year !
