In short: nice flat course, a bit congested at the start , but not for long, great goody bag.
In full: Friendly good marshalling, good to see the faster runners running the opposite way, just sorry we might have got in the way when they lapped us, Overall a very enjoyable run.

In short: hugo boss aftershave
In full: only one bad point - the start was a bit congested. I've done the sefton corporate cup in the same park and don't remember it being that bad.

Good points - marshalls and organisation, towel instead of a t-shirt, hugo boss aftershave in the goody bag, doing a PB, lapping the mexicans and seeing how fast the real runners go when I was not just lapped but eclipsed by them on my lap 2.
The biggest highlight of the day was my mate getting foundation in his bag not aftershave.

In short: Well organised relly enjoyed the race
In full: Well attended, good marshalling. Being a beginner went to the back of the queue so there was no problem getting to the starting line as everybody had already gone through.
