In short: Perfect for newby ultra runners with a 10 mile lap format. Challenging for more experienced runners with interesting trails and tough hills.

In short: Midnight 30 - Excellent - worth doing
In full: Henk & his team did an excellent job, without them the already tough course & the terrain would have seemed longer & much harder. For me it was an excellent choice for my 1st ultra. Great to see and chat to the 50 & 100 milers too. Would not be surprised at all if I became a regular. Thanks guys.

In short: Best race i've ever done
In full: I only did the 30 mile version of this race (3 laps rather than 10) but it was absolutely amazing. It starts at midnight and so its an extra challenge to try and navigate in the dark. Hats off to the organisers though, incredibly well done. I thoroughly recommend it.

In short: Excellent Ultra distance race, the course is hard as nails, excellent organisation, highly recommended.
In full: Every thing about the CC100 was of the highest standard. The 2 aid stations had an excellent selection of drinks and food, the marshalls and organisers couldnt have been more helpful and friendly (even at 4am).The course was very challenging (in a good way). The entry fee offered excellent value for money. The race brief was great, especially regarding the wearing of i pods!!

In short: A magnificent challenge
In full: If you want to test yourself to the limit then this is the one, hard as nails but safe enough to give it a go, you'll be well looked after and encouraged all the way. Do it, you might surprise yourself.

In short: Highly recommeded.
In full: A challenging, but very run-able route with varied scenery and terrain that didn't get boring, even on the 10th lap. Excellent organisation and support at the checkpoints. No criticisms at all. There are no easy 100's and on this one you have to contend with a long night (we were blessed with a full moon, but how often will that happen in October?); passing your car at the end of each lap (so tempting); and some surprisingly steep climbs/descents; but it has to be the best event for runners wanting to have a go at a 100 without having to worry about navigation, what to wear, what to carry, etc. Many thanks to Henk and his team for all their hard work.
