In short: Just gets better and better,
In full: Ran the race last year too, only the head wind on the return leg stop me from beating my PB from last years race, the race was well organzied and problems from last years were addressed, any problems that were picked up this year im sure will be addressed too. i felt the toilets numbers were ok, only people who got there close to the race start time would of had a problem. Just gets better and better, if only the hill got smaller and smaller

In short: Well organised and supported race...
In full: Would have preferred a few more undulations / hills but I knew what to expect when I entered so can’t complain… Thanks to all those involved!

In short: This was my race entry and my first half marathon, at 1 hour 52 - I was really chuffed. I would like to congratulate the organisers and all who assisted and supported along the way.

In short: Really enjoyed it, with a PB
In full: Well organised/marshalled, great scenery, nice and flat with the 'hill'at the 12 mile mark, challanging but do able. Goodie bag was worth receiving with a nice medal at the end.
Could have done with a couple more water stations.
Overall a pleasant outing, will be back next year.

In short: Really enjoyed it.
In full: On a sunny autumn day this was a lovely race to do. Of course, like any coastal run a wet and windy day would make it a lot tougher! The route is straight and flat, but with the interest of passing the people ahead and behind you at the Hythe end. There is just a single short, sharp uphill near the end, so definite PB potential (not for me these days unfortunately!). Facilities at the Grand Hotel were very good - I don't remember any other race where I could relax in an armchair before the start! Would definitely do this one again.
