In short: Tough but enjoyable, lots of good free stuff at the end.
In full: Forget a PB I reckon this one will add 4 mins at least to your flat 10k time. Killer hills but a nice course, a well organised good day out.

In short: Challenging mix of road and trail. If Carlsberg did races..... they wouldn't have a better goody bag !
In full: Well marshalled, friendly and encouraging support was the deal here with the Pudsey crew. The course has a nice variety with road and forest trail - not a PB course (didn't bother me) with a Couple of challenging hills to test us. The goody bag with a quality techincal shirt and edible nibbles shamed some races asking twice the entry fee.

In short: A tough course but still enjoyable.
In full: Great organisation and support. Variable under foot conditions from road to trail. Great day out for the whole family with the under 8's park race and 2 Mile fun run also available.

In short: Challenging but hugely enjoyable and extremely well organised
In full: Extremely well organised, really encouraging marshals, a great route - really challenging in places making it all the more satisfying when you reach the end. You won't get a PB but you will get a hard workout and finish with a smile. And a technical t-shirt at the end made it all excellent value for money. Will be back next year for more pain.
