In short: Leeds version- Very short 5km! But great atmosphere and lots of fun.
In full: Very family friendly, great goody bag and medal. Lots of fun, but wasn't close to 5km long. Definately a family event rather than for taking yourself seriously! (My son is looking forward to doing this with me this year 2011, and has already found his pants!)

In short: like others have said, shame not more people supporting this run
In full: Agree with others, not for the serious runner, but enjoyed it all the same, nice cheering from the cheerlearers each lap!, and nice medal and goody bag, and enthusiastic organisers

In short: Good family race
In full: Turned up on the hottest day of the year, and on the day of an England World Cup match, both of which I expect put off a good many people, as the overall turnout was pretty low.

Which was a shame, as this was a fun 'n' friendly race that was well organised with a very friendly atmosphere.

I ran it with my five year old daughter, who has developed something of a running bug since the Sport Relief Mile and Race for Life, and she enjoyed the 'wearing your pants on the outside element'.

Must add to the comments that this is definitely not for the serious runner though. The distance is some way short of 5k, but for a family run, it's the dog's knees.

Thank you everyone involved!

In short: Family oriented fun run raising awareness for a worthy cause.
In full: If you are looking for a real family oriented fun run that is perfect and very safe for the little ones and even the grandparents, then this would have been the one for you.
It’s a real shame that this wasn’t well supported on the day but I guess the hot spell and sports fixtures on T.V. may have been responsible for that.

The warm up was fun and the lovely cheerleaders cheering us on made me smile every time !!!!

As it was such a hot day I believe the course was altered to three laps around the field and it was more likely 3K but hey ho it was still good fun. It was clear that many people put in lots of effort to make this postate cancer awarness event happen, so a big thank you to them!!! The goody bag and medal were lovely and this was the best value event I’ve ever pre-entered.

In full: The "Pants in the Park" race series should get as much media coverage as "Race for Life" - both fun runs for extremely good causes.

The organisers clearly put a lot of effort into the race and it is very friendly. I especially enjoyed the warm-up by British Military Fitness!

My thanks to the volunteers for giving up their sunday morning.

Only criticism as a "serious" runner who enjoys doing the odd fun run - there is no way this was a 5K - felt more like a 3k to me. Never mind everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and at a mere £5 it is a bargain.

I hope that this race grows in popularity each year.

In short: great fun day out for a great cause
In full: I was shocked at first how few runners there were but that added to the friendliness of it in the end. definitely not a serious race but packed with the feel good factor. VERY friendly organisers & marshalls. Can't wait to do it again next year
