In short: Well done Windmilers!!!
In full: A really well organised race, everything needed was there, lots of surpportive marshals, good course, water at halfway and finish, bag drop, cake and all for £10/12.

Well done to the organisers and marshalls.

In short: Decent jaunt through the woods
In full: A reasonably fast and friendly 10k organised by the Windmilers running club. Lots of black Windmiler shirts to chase as a result. I steamed past the Club President at the start of lap 2 (eat my shorts!).

Found the start way, way too crowded. Why start on the narrow road, made worse by the large van parked right by the start line?

The actual course was a lovely trip twice through the woods, and even the stretch by the main road wasn't too bad.

Passing in some places was difficult, especially with the puddles and mud to dodge, so this is no PB course, but the tough competition (except the club President - eat my shorts!) makes for decent times.

In short: Nice run, nice scenery
In full: Well organised 10k in a very picturesque setting, lots of marshalls with encouraging words, very flat so PB potential aside from the wet ground making it a touch wet/soft underfoot.
