In short: Hills Hills and more hills In full: The signs to get there were non existant ar tiny. the course was all up hill with the down hill bits very short and steep. All up hill stretches were long slogs. I don't mind a mix of hills but this one was tough.good atmosphere at the end. I asked for help at 9 miles but he didn't know where to get medical help. In short: A new challenging course. Marshalls and spectators were as supportive as always. The route wasn't as scenic as before but hillier. I kept thinking of the Potter's Arf. Berry Park was a good finishing location. I'll be back next year. Date of review: July 2, 2007

In short: Hard Half marathon for a beginner! In full: My first half marathon. i found hard going on the hills & I'm from a hilly part of Derbyshire. I feel sorry for people from flat areas. Organisation excellent and marshalls very supportive. I'm pleased I had arranged alternative parking nearby as event parking entrance looked a bit chaotic. Date of review: July 2, 2007
