In short: hard as nails race with glorious costal scenery and great organisation- throughly recommend it
In full: We ran over hard sand, soft sand, shingle, flint, chalk, road, grass and sandunes. A very tough but fabulous 15 miles- the sun shone the whole way with a lovely sea breeze to help keep us cool. Beautiful views along the Kent coast during this well organised and friendly run. Goody bag and t- shirt at the finish and friendly marshalls, boy scouts and firemen cheered us on throughout. Thoroughly recommend this race to all those who enjoy challenging and interesting multi terrain races.

In full: This was the first time I'd run this race and can't believe what I've been missing. A challenging, energy sapping run but I absolutely loved it! Loved it! Loved it! Why this isn't in the RW top 10 I don't know.

In short: Cracking event - onother superb race from Thanet Roadrunners
In full: Another superb race from Thanet Roadrunners - there can't be much like this elsewhere. 15-odd miles of sand, dunes, stones (boy, were they tough!), seaweed, water, chalk, steps and a bit of tarmac. Weather was glorious, marshalls were great as always. Even good cheer from the locals on a Sunday stroll along the beach.
A real shame is the number of entrants - this really deserves a bigger field. I'd love another run, if it stays on the calendar......

In short: Brilliant Race
In full: Thank you Thanet Road Runners and the army of friendly marshals for putting on such an excellent race. This is a highlight of the running year and I fail to understand why more people do not take part.
It is a special race.
