In short: good scenic course
In full: first 10k in a while, usually enjoy the longer distances but definately would do this well organised run again.

In short: Good fast course and excellent organisation
In full: Good traffic free course on virtually closed roads marshalled by volunteers and police. Lovely route along and back Bangor sea front - slightly killer hill at 9k. Lucky with the weather so took a minute off my PB. Chip timing and small bottles of water at the water station (so much easier than cups !). Will definitely do it next year.
