In short: Very enjoyable & quick
In full: Well organised, nice conditions and good value. Not quite a PB but faster than I had expected.

In short: Fast race on mostly flat coastal course
In full: Excellent PB run, effectively organised with liquid and a t-shirt at the end. The outbound leg is the most scenic, with a view of the sea and then mild undulations running through the dunes - the return leg is a little dull by comparison! Some of the the road-side paths are mildly uneven and interrupted by kerbs on the closing stretch - nothing serious tho.

Definitely recommend for the PB potential. Try to not be too scared by the way the front runners take off- it's a fast field!

In short: Fantastic
In full: A great race. Well organised, though there was a long que for the ladies loo but isn't there always (grateful to be a man).

Very fast course mostly flat and I set a PB so can't complain much. Great stewards and water station at halfway. I also noticed that they didn't leave any empty bottles or tops lying around afterwards.

Well done guys!

In short: Would be even better on a sunny day; the coastal part was lovely but the pavement return along a road not so great.

In short: Good No Nonsense Run
In full: Good run for allcomers, easy enough course starting on road past a park then onto cycle/pedestrian path through sand dunes then back again more or less on same course. Some waiting at end for drinks and t shirts but club youngsters brought drinks on a tray to runners waiting. Decent "More Mile" t shirst at the end

In short: Good course
In full: My Garmin measured it at 91 metres over 10K. Therefore an unexpected 15 seconds added onto my time, which put me over the 40 minute barrier - so ultimately disappointing - but a very well organised race. Not really a memorable course, but fairly flat.
