In short: An excellent race Northamptonshires best kept secret
In full: A well organised, friendly, and scenic race. The course offers a journey through some beautiful villages, all of which I would love to live in. Will be back next year.!

In short: Smal l- friendly - nice scenery - lightly undulating
In full: Started in a farm, a mix of runners, walkers and cyclists. Friendly event. Nice course. 1 mile across muddy tracks - the rest on country roads. Not a circular route. Finished in a village with a bus taking runners back to the start. Tea and biscuits and a good goody back for all. Lots of regular runners and plenty of runners world first timers. Organisers all v good. in teh right places, friendly and organised.

In short: Most chilled out race I've ever run! Wonderful atmosphere created by great marshalls and super friendly runners - why isn't this race more popular?!
In full: Laid back is probably the best way to describe this race. The organisers were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the small field made for a great atmosphere among the participants - runners, walkers and bikers. The route was on quiet rural roads and tracks running through rolling hills - mmmm, about those hills! Sped through the first five miles and then the long slow climbs started...and never really stopped! To be fair, they were undulations rather than hills but they were very l-o-n-g undulations. There again as it's the only 14.2 mile race I've ever seen you're always going to do a pb! Refreshments at the end were very welcome - free hot drinks and biscuits - and the goody bag, specially for a charity race, was exceptional. Thank you to everyone involved!

In short: A consistantly superb race - just fantastic
In full: A stunning race, fantastic course, possibly perfect in the undulations keeping it fast asll the way. The organisation was as ever superb and stunningly proffesional. The goody bag as last year is a marvel to behold. If only a fraction of the other races were as good as this!!

In short: Can't wait for next year's!
In full: Did this race last year and found the atmosphere to be the freindliest and homeliest I've ever experienced. The mix of walkers, runners and bikers works really well, with everyone supporting eachother. Organisers are lovely people, as infact are almost all participants, and when I thought there could be no improvement on last year because it was so good, they have excelled themselves again, and it was a truly lovely touch that they remembered me from last year too (despite a hugely different hairdo).
