In short: A good fun race wth a nasty twist
In full: A pleasant race with some really nice scenary. Effectively two 5k loops (there's also a 5k option) which I always find mildly depressing and a truly horrific hill climb at 8k which rather knocks the wind out of the sails! No medal or T shirt or souvenir of any kind, which seems rather a shame, but will run again, if only because it's so close to me!

In short: Few good cheeky hill's on the route, the event could of been better organised, no medal as led to believe.

In short: Tough course for the unfit like me but good organisation and great scenery.
In full: Couple of steep hills (plus the heat) made this one a tough challenge at times, but well organised and friendly local crowd, good marshalling, plus fee to a good cause. Shame no medal though. Will be back next year....

In short: Always find this one a challenge - more so in the heat
In full: Is it just me or do the hills seem to never end!! Faster than last year so pleased, just really struggle in this race. I think this one is a real test of fitnes. No medal though and did say medal!!?? Lots of water stations and very encouraging marshalls.
