In short: Born free, Run free - Run for it. In full: a superbly organised event, part of the UKTT [UK Time Trials]. 'Run' by a group of encouraging lovely people, who want no more than to see everyone do well & improve. It matters not what you standard is & it's all 'run for free'. You will meet club runners, as well as those who just like to turn up & try to better their own standard. A fabulous idea brought together by some very hard working people.
