In short: My highlight of the week
In full: This race has changed my life! I now love running, and I have met lots of lovely people. When I drive past joggers on my way to the start I feel like saying "what are you doing? Jump in! Didn't you know that the friendliest race in the world is just round the corner!"

In short: The best little race in the world
In full: I love this race and have made many new friends from the many regulars who turn up each week. Even when I am not running I turn up to help and support. Go on give it a try.

In short: Fautless
In full: What can you say? Perfect. It's free, electronically timed, friendly and fun. The results on Parkrun.com are superb, being a bit of a geek I can spend hours tracking through previous time analysis etc. Now if only I could break that 20 minute barrier

In short: Keeps on getting better!
In full: Ran my 15th race today,as always fab organisation, stunning scenery, special atmosphere. This gives such an opportunity for people to discover running - the back markers are as inspiring as the class speed merchants, and the kids never cease to amaze me. Heartfelt thanks to all involved, long may we continue!

In short: You've got to try it!
In full: Fantastic way to bring in the weekend. A classy run organised by special people with running in their hearts. It's free for heavens sake!
You've got to get out there. The atomosphere is second to non and the coffee and hot chocolate at the Rambler's Rest after is superb.
There are great friends out there.....go on....go and meet them.

In short: Born free, Run free, Run it by us!
In full: Something I meant to add, apart from the fabulous running events by the organisers of UKTT, they have a brilliant website. The whole thing is genius.

In short: Born free, Run free - Run for it.
In full: a superbly organised event, part of the UKTT [UK Time Trials]. 'Run' by a group of encouraging lovely people, who want no more than to see everyone do well & improve. It matters not what you standard is & it's all 'run for free'. You will meet club runners, as well as those who just like to turn up & try to better their own standard. A fabulous idea brought together by some very hard working people.
