In short: A great race.
In full: Organisers started the race an hour earlier than the previous year but it was still very hot...to be honest even if it was started at 9 it would've been too hot, but certainly worth considering a 9 start as I'm sure people don't travel more than a hour for a 10 k and it gives you the rest of the day to yourself.
Plenty of uphills but plenty of downhills to fill yourself full of air.
Great parking, great recovery centre, great organisation, great marshalling and riduculously quick times posted at the end.
You will not be disappointed!

In short: Great challenge the last 3K, well organized
In full: Everyone mentions the uphill at the end but there are good downhill stretches too and you need to take advantage of them to make up for the finish! Lovely undulating countryside, shady areas, fields and studland. Encouraging marshals. Super fast results within 15 mins of the race end. No point moaning about PBs..in my mind PBs are only relevant for the same race. This was my second year in the race and it was my best yet!

In short: Another hot day but quite a bit of shade on the course a good course
In full: A very good 'small' event that is well worth turning up for. Always seems to be a hot & testing day but with two drinks stations & sponges at the end runners were well catered for. Disappointed not to receive a t shirt (as in spec!) & instead a goody bag without any goodies! Bring back the t shirts next year!!

In short: Great race. Great marshalls. Lovely scenery.
In full: Nice race. Worryingly fast start with male club runners greatly outnumbering the ladies. At 29 degrees C, and a few hills it was too hot for a PB (although I was only 3 seconds off - darn diddly darn). I could have hugged the lady near the end who sprayed my face with water. Just what I needed! I'll be back next year to have another crack.
